The primary environment is to exalt God only for any time period. Many Christians new or seasoned have the difficulty with beginning with worship and 1 minute later begin to go into prayer. The designated moment for worship must stay in the worship environment. You are not to ask God for anything in this environment. This is your need to be aware of yourself and determine a non-bias view about yourself in this moment.
