Worship is exhalating God in your spirit, mind and body.
This is the other side of prayer where in prayer there is a dialogue conversation between you and God because you are talking to God and sometimes God will respond to you in various ways. In worship it is a monologue where you are adoring and exalting God in a form of physical motion, thought, and song.
Practice Worship
This requires practice as humans and as a new Christian and child of God you have the tendency to begin to ask for things when talking to God. Worship has nothing to do with asking God for anything. When exalting God the focus is about God and for God. Your speech should exemplify an action and essence of acknowledging and praising God. The primary environment is to exalt God only for any time period.
Many Christians new or seasoned have the difficulty with beginning with worship and 1 minute later begin to go into prayer. The designated moment for worship must stay in the worship environment. You are not to ask God for anything in this environment. This is the time where God is praised for everything, adored always and honored consistently.
