Of course, you contact God right away he has a strategy for all things.
But how do you move through these expereinces ?
It is a mental battle God can remove from your life as you recognize these emotions within yourself & reasons why.
Decisions?
Joel 3:14: "For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision".
Meaning some decisions are trivial and not to stress about, its ok to treat yourself, its ok to refrain from a decision. But the things that should be important to you have the right to make careful decisions in Jesus Mighty name, Amen"..

Resistant to Change?
Romans 12:2
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
Embrace change, the Lord will always help you to expand when it is beneficial to you, rebuke the interruptions in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Titus 3:10

Isaiah 40:31
"But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
You are connected to God therefore God will always refill you with his inspiration. No matter if you continue to grow and produce as you create fruitful things God will always pour back into you the energy to do, what you inspire will always inspire you.
As you remember God strength he will reconstruct your connection.

Bitterness
Ephesians 4:31-32: "Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
But not any kind of bitterness, are you experiencing the bitter truth. God humbles his children because he cares and knows the trick of the enemy is in front of you. See it as a gift because God would rather to see you in victory rather temporary joy in Jesus Mighty name, Amen".

Tired, Restless

Elijah was exhausted arguing with people debating inaccurate doctrines, though he won the battle he was over it but God stepped in to renew his spirit.
God loves you and will renew your spirit in Jesus Mighty name, Amen
